Today is a great day for user's freedom! Still, many people are storing their private data in the cloud on servers they have little reason to trust. They don't want to give others access to their data. It is just so convenient to have all your data available everywhere without hassle. Currently, you basically can choose to hand over your data to either Google or Apple. Companies on the other hand are locked into the Microsoft monopoly and find it very hard to migrate to Linux.
