3.1. Out of Office Reply

KMail in Kolab Mode generates scripts for vacation messages. You can access this feature under Tools->Edit "Out of Office" Replies... and configure your vacation notifications:

If you want a message to be sent to somebody inviting you when you are away, check the Activate vacation notifications option. An email will automatically be sent to the sender to inform him that you are not available:

This message will be resent as a reminder at the period indicated in the Resend notification only after: field.
