Some input on this one: One should note that the new account should not be 
used with a client *before* changing the annotations with the listannotations 
script - otherwise the next sync from the client will *overwrite* the newly 
changed annotations...

Also, I'm in the process of rewriting listannotations.pl into a fully grown 
"transferannotations.pl". Makes it a bit easier to use when dealing with many 
users. When that's finished and working, where would you like me to put it?
