[Kolab-devel] [issue3355] POD manpages for perl-kolab

The attached patch add POD documentation to perl-kolab binaries.

Those POD items permit the easy creation of manpages by using pod2man. bin/*
manpages are currently installed by ExtUtils::MakeMaker.

I will attach another patch to also install manpages for sbin/*
