Hello,
I know this is slightly off-topic, since I'm trying to use the debian kolab
packages, but if anyone here could give me a hint on what I'm doing wring, that
would be great ...
I'm trying to make my slapd connection from kontact work through tls - and get
the following error:
Could not connect to host ldap://host:389
Additional info: Error in the certificate..
/var/log/syslog shows:
Jan 11 21:03:12 host slapd[20833]: conn=8 fd=15 ACCEPT from IP=127.0.1.1:4558
(IP=0.0.0.0:389)
Jan 11 21:03:12 host slapd[20833]: conn=8 op=0 STARTTLS
Jan 11 21:03:12 host slapd[20833]: conn=8 op=0 RESULT oid= err=0 text=
Jan 11 21:03:12 host slapd[20833]: conn=8 fd=15 TLS established tls_ssf=128
ssf=128
Jan 11 21:03:12 host slapd[20833]: conn=8 fd=15 closed (connection lost)
Which seems to imply that the TLS actually gets initiated fine, but the
connection is dumped then.
Insights, anyone?
Thanks, Joh
