KDE Kolab Clients

Kontact for Windows (enterprise4 | beta)

A first beta was published December 2008. We expect it to be production ready within Q2 2009.

Kontact for GNU/Linux

Enterprise4

This is the next generation in beta state. The client is based on KDE4 technology, but without Akonadi. We expect it to be production ready in Q2 2009.

Enterprise35

This series is production ready and in maintenance mode. and contains a large number of improvements over Proko2. Currently intermediate releases happen very few weeks to fix a few remaining issues. Packagers have already picked this up; a significant number of people are using this in production.

Proko2

This series is old stable and in deep maintenance mode. Only very important updates will happen occasionally - governed by the urgency of the changes for enterprise users. Go for Enterpise35 for new setups.

Kontact for Mac OS X (enterprise4 | beta)

This version is in beta testing a beta was published December 2008. We expect it to be production ready within Q2 2009.
