Last friday, we've updated our Kolab (running in CentOS7) with all the latest updates available up until then, and since the update the emails stopped syncing via IMAP in Outlook 2013 clients (note: other users that use Thunderbird, for example, also via IMAP, do not have any issue).
Meanwhile, we've also tried to update cyrus-imapd today's update, but problems with Outlook persist.
Additionally, we've tried to delete one account in Outlook, and re-configure it again, but now Outlook crashes every time we try to add an account from our Kolab via IMAP (activesync does not present a problem when adding such account, but unfortunately, emails are also not synced properly up to today, only older emails are synced until June 28th, for whatever reason we cannot sort it out).
Moreover, please note that configuring other IMAP accounts (e.g., from outlook.com) in Outlook do not present any problem and are synced properly, thus we think this is strictly related to Kolab and the way it communicates with Outlook via IMAP.
Anyone else experiencing such problems with Outlook via IMAP? Any suggestions on how to overcome this issue? (unfortunately, we have lots of users that rely on Outlook and are complaining about this).
Any help will be most welcome.
